We now only sell our made to order dresses through our stockists and do not sell or ship directly to the public, unless you have purchased a sample sale dress from the website.

Shipping of our sample sale dresses varies in price depending on the dress style and where it is being shipped to. Please get in touch for a shipping quote if you are thinking about purchasing a sale dress.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our wedding dresses are made to order specifically for each individual bride. Each dress is unique and handmade and because of this we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

If the dress is faulty or not what you had ordered then please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it so we can arrange to have it sent back to us and either fixed or replaced.
