We completely understand that it can be exciting but also a bit daunting going to your first wedding dress appointment. Our job is to make it stress-free and fun!
We have a very relaxed environment where you will have the entire boutique to yourself for the duration of your appointment. You are welcome to bring friends and family with you for support and advice. We do recommend bringing people who's opinion you trust and want what is best for you.
We will start your consultation with a chat about your wedding, a glass of bubbly or cup of tea and get a feel for the type of dress you might like.
You are then free to look through all of the dresses and we can help you find ones that are the type of style you are looking for and will suit your body shape.
If you don't have any idea of what you might like that is totally fine too, we can pick out a few different styles and you will start to get a feel for what is working for you. We can then find other dresses that are similar to what you are liking.
We have a range of sizes in store to try on for an 8 to 20, you can try on as many as you like within the hour of your consultation. There is no need to bring anything with you but it can be helpful to wear nude coloured underwear.
We are here to help you find the dress that is right for you. We love customising our dresses so that your dress can be one-of-a-kind. Don't be shy to ask if we can change something or combine elements of different dresses to create your perfect dress.
The beauty of making all of our dresses by hand in Wellington means that we can do these customisations.
